DLF Pink Town House maintenance feels overpriced

Is DLF Pink Town House's maintenance worth it for families? We're looking at a 3BHK there, but I'm worried about high charges vs. actual service. My wife's priority is a safe, usable kids' play area and good security. Are the guards attentive, and is the CCTV actually monitored? Don't want to pay a premium for just a name.
