DLF Pink Town House in Gurugram was supposed to be a safe, completed investment. I'm based in Dubai, bought a unit for ₹1.9 Cr, trusting DLF's track record. But I'm honestly frustrated with the reality on the ground. The rental yield is nowhere near what was projected; my local contact says it's hard to find good tenants even at lower rates. What's the real rental market like for these townhouses? Has anyone seen decent capital appreciation since launch? I'm trying to understand the resale potential. Is the secondary market liquid enough for a quick exit if needed? Concerned about long-term ROI and whether I misjudged this. Any advice on managing it from abroad or improving rental prospects would be great.
