Luxury projects in Gurgaon sometimes feel more about the brand than actual living comfort, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, and DLF Platinum Residences caught my eye, but the price jump is massive. My question is, is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya sirf paper pe hi accha lagta hai? Are the amenities actually useful for a family, or just fancy showpieces? Matlab, carpet area efficiency kaisi hai for that premium? Already have a home loan, so just want to know if the extra EMI is justified for the actual living experience. What does the community think, especially if you've visited or know someone living there?

Bhai, 7 Cr se 13.4 Cr ka range sunte hi BP high ho gaya. DLF ka naam hai, I get it, but itna paisa daal ke bhi agar carpet area kam mile toh kya fayda? Luxury toh theek hai but practical bhi hona chahiye na. Meri toh budget mein bhi nahi aa raha yeh, but curious to know if it's worth dreaming about. Is price point pe toh Basai mein acchi khaasi independent villa mil jayegi, woh bhi better plot size ke saath. So, for a family, which one makes more sense?
