Okay, I'll say what no one says: DLF's post-possession maintenance is insanely high, and their quality isn't always worth it. Fed up of renting, I'm finally looking at a 3BHK around Golf Course Extension. Everyone glorifies them, but are their charges like Central Park 2's? I'm worried about hidden costs and actual construction quality after moving in. Change my mind.

Totally agree bhai! DLF ka maintenance toh ekdum loot hai. Golf Course Extension mein dekh raha tha, but sunke darr lag raha hai ab. Ye sab hidden costs dekh ke lagta hai, apna budget pura bigad jayega.
