Been looking for a 3BHK for almost a year now, and it's getting super confusing. We saw DLF Privana West, brochure mein toh sab kuch lagta hai, kids' play area, sports facilities... wife ko laga kids ke liye best hai. But I'm hearing stories about promised amenities not actually being delivered at possession. Like, clubhouse toh hai but half the facilities work hi nahi karte. Aur maintenance charges itne high hain, par service quality ka kya scene hai? Anyone here already living there ya nearby? Kaisa experience hai? Does it feel like a real home or just another project?

Ye toh common story hai, especially with premium projects. I saw the price range for Privana West – ₹7.8 Cr to ₹12.3 Cr! For that price, amenities should be top-notch, not just 'on paper'. What's the point of
Totally relate! Brochure mein toh sab gold plated dikhate hain, but reality checks are brutal. Privana West ke liye ye sunke tension ho rahi hai, wife ko bhi bahut pasand aaya tha but ab darr lag raha hai.
