Visited DLF Privana West last week. Honestly, the green areas felt underwhelming for the premium. Everyone glorifies 'luxurious' living, but does that small patch of grass attract high-paying tenants? The security systems looked standard, not cutting-edge. I'm not sure it justifies the premium for an investor like me. Change my mind.
