DLF Privana West: Promised amenities pe real investor review?
DLF Privana West mein promised amenities ka real scene kya hai? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, so I'm looking for honest, off-the-record opinions. Brochure mein toh sab grand lagta hai, but actual delivery mein kitna difference hota hai? Investor perspective se, kya yeh amenities future resale value ya tenant attraction ke liye worth it hain ya bas marketing hype? Kayi projects mein amenities sirf paper pe reh jaati hain, aur phir baad mein high maintenance for things jo use bhi na ho. Green areas aur landscaping ka bhi batao. Brochure mein toh sab lush dikhta hai, but actual usable open space kitna milta hai, not just cramped tower blocks? Is the developer delivering on the green promise, ya just a checkbox item?
