I've been tracking Delhi's luxury market for a while, aur from my experience, ready-to-move properties at this price point (19-30 Cr) often have limited upside for 5-year appreciation. Iski resale market kaisi hai, especially with such high ticket sizes? What's the actual end-user vs investor ratio here? Sometimes these ultra-luxury societies feel like ghost towns. Any insights on its rental potential? Matlab, will it attract high-paying tenants consistently, ya khaali rehne ka darr hai? I'm looking at it for a calculated investment.
