Bhai, DLF ka naam hi kaafi hai! Regal Gardens was delivered in 2016, so it's a mature society. Ready-to-move hai, toh possession ka headache nahi. For a 1778 sqft unit, the value is decent given it's DLF. New Gurugram mein quality projects kam milte hain.
