DLF Royalton Towers: Amenities aur floor plan ka real check?

₹70k rent for 5 years... finally I'm done with this landlord drama. So, I'm seriously looking at DLF Royalton Towers. It's completed, which is a big plus, no construction headaches. But yaar, ads mein sab amenities top-notch lagti hain. My recent hack for anyone checking out completed projects: don't just see the sample flat or main clubhouse at peak hours. Go early morning ya late evening. Maine ek building mein dekha, gym machines broken, pool water murky. It's so important to see the *actual* condition, not just the brochure pics. Also, for floor plans, carry a small measuring tape. Sometimes jo carpet area dikhta hai, actual use mein utna efficient nahin hota. DLF Royalton Towers ka floor plan kaisa hai, space utilization wise? Any weird corners or awkward layouts, residents bata sakte hain? Fed up of renting, so this is a big decision for me.
