DLF Royalton Towers secondary market liquidity is my main concern. I'm based in Dubai, eyeing this ₹10 Cr property. Can't do a site inspection myself. What's the real resale potential? Is the secondary market truly active for such high-value, completed projects? Worried about exit strategy in 5-7 years without local support. Any investor insights?
