DLF Royalton Towers: What's the ground reality?

Since last Diwali, I'm trying to finalize my Gurugram flat. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. About DLF Royalton Towers: are their maintenance charges justified for services? Is the clubhouse actually used, or just for show? And parking allocation, is it fair ya baad mein problem hoti hai?
