Just saw a video on a 3BHK in DLF Garden City Enclave, S93 Gurgaon. They're quoting ₹1.95 Cr for a 1600-1700 sqft independent floor. It's a 3BHK+Servant unit, low rise, with dedicated parking. They mentioned a rental income of ₹45,000. For S93, even with DLF, that price feels a bit high to me. What's your take on the value for money here? Is that ROI decent for Gurgaon right now?
