DLF Siris Estate: Is this premium still worth it?

Since last year, I've been eyeing properties to upgrade from my current 2BHK in Sector 56. DLF Siris Estate kaafi time se under my radar hai. Price range toh high-end hai, but DLF ka naam hai. Jo investors hain, especially jinhone pre-launch mein liya tha, unko kaisa appreciation mila hai? Matlab, current pricing of ₹6.54 Cr–₹9.04 Cr pe abhi bhi upside potential hai kya? Rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain from a project like this? Delivery track record kaisa hai DLF ka for Siris Estate? Not sure if this premium is justified for long-term ROI. Iska resale market kitna liquid hai, exit strategy ke liye sahi hai? Kya kehte ho?
