Honestly not sure about the long-term resale for DLF Siris Estate. Just got possession last month. Will this project actually have a liquid secondary market for investors? Any insights on exit strategy or future demand?

Yaar, I've been thinking the same thing. ₹6.5 Cr – ₹9.0 Cr for a first-time buyer is a huge jump, and even for investors, that's a massive capital block. With only 48 total units, the buyer pool for resale will be super niche. Are we sure there's enough demand for such high-end secondary properties, especially with so many new luxury launches happening near Airport Road? This makes me really nervous about an exit strategy.
