I'm so fed up of renting, my landlord raised the rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at DLF Independent Floors in Sohna, budget around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. Honestly not sure if their big name guarantees the clubhouse or green spaces will actually be ready at possession. I've heard too many stories about builders just showing a shell or delaying things for years after handover. Also, what about post-possession maintenance charges? Do they suddenly shoot up? Does DLF actually deliver on amenities as advertised for their Sohna projects, or is it just glossy brochures? Anyone have recent experience with DLF's possession and initial maintenance in Sohna?
