DLF Sohna project: Quality issues or just noise?

15 years of paying rent, ₹18 lakh down the drain — ab bas ho gaya. My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. The EMI vs rent math is clear now. Everyone glorifies DLF ka brand name but nobody talks about the actual quality after a few years. Suna hai Sohna mein DLF Central 67 mein bhi finishing issues aate hain. Plaster cracks, seepage ka kya scene hai? For a 2BHK around ₹1.6 Cr, I expect solid construction. Aur maintenance charges, bhai, they're always a shock. Is it just extortion for a fancy name? End-user hoon, so long-term quality matters. Is the word-of-mouth reputation actually good for DLF's Sohna projects? Or is it just initial hype? Disagree? Tell me why.
