DLF The Aralias: Is the premium justified for daily life?

₹31 Cr for DLF The Aralias... I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56 and thinking of upgrading, but this price point feels massive. Already have a home loan, so justifying this jump is tough. Is Aralias genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf naam ka luxury hai? Especially the amenities, are they actually useful or just show-off? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Is the overall living experience worth this big premium?
