Budget final ho gaya hai, loan bhi pre-approved hai but ab DLF The Crest ko lekar dimag ghum raha hai. Sab bolte hain top-notch luxury hai, but honestly, jitna price tag hai na, us hisaab se floor plans dekh ke lagta hai ki space ka proper use nahi kiya hai. Matlab, itne crore deke bhi feel hota hai ki kuch rooms oddly shaped hain ya carpet area utna efficient nahi hai. Design ke naam pe practicality ignore kar di hai kya? I'm comparing it to other projects and sometimes, smaller ones feel more usable. Is it just me, ya kisi aur ko bhi aisa laga hai?
