I'm based in Dubai and eyeing DLF The Crest for investment. Completed project hai, toh possession ka tension nahi, but what about resale liquidity? Iska actual rental yield kitna aata hai, considering the high entry price? NRI investor ke liye exit strategy kya honi chahiye, especially if I can't do site visits? Need advice on property management too.

Sahi baat hai, investment ke liye itna bada amount block karna is a huge decision. DLF ka naam toh hai, but The Crest ki prices sunke toh budget hil jaata hai. NRI investor ke liye toh aur bhi mushkil hoga manage karna without being physically present
Bhai, 12 Cr se 21.5 Cr? Itna high entry price toh darr lagta hai. Resale mein kaun lega itne mein, especially when there are so many new projects coming up near Airport Road?
