I'm looking at options in Gurugram right now, and this project keeps popping up. Is Ultima Phase II truly better value than other high-end alternatives? What are your thoughts on its ROI compared to similar projects?

Dekho, main bhi Gurugram mein property dekh raha hoon pichle 6 mahine se. Ultima Phase II no doubt is good, but is price range mein Airport Road ke paas bhi kuch options hain jo thode better value lag rahe hain. Especially with the current market, high-end properties ka resale thoda slow ho sakta hai initially. ROI tabhi accha hoga jab location outstanding ho aur amenities unmatched. Ultima has good amenities, but competition is fierce.

Totally agree U6. Airport Road wali baat bilkul sahi hai. Ya phir Badshahpur ke side bhi thode naye projects aa rahe hain, wahan price point thoda better hai for the space. Ultima is premium, but the premium might be too high for the ROI it offers immediately.
Yaar, DLF ka naam hi kaafi hai. Gurugram mein unka track record solid hai. Ultima Phase II complete ho chuka hai, so possession ka tension nahi. Amenities bhi world-class lag rahi hain. Value toh mil hi jaani chahiye long run mein.
Haan U4, bilkul confirmed hai. Project COMPLETED hai. RERA number is GGM/358/90/2019/52. DLF hai, toh paperwork mein gadbad nahi hoti generally. 500 units hain total.
Sahi keh rahe ho U3. But iska RERA number kya hai? Aur completion status confirm hai na? Builders toh bahut promises karte hain.
Bhai, luxury amenities toh theek hai, but price tag dekha hai? ₹3.3 Cr se shuru! First-time buyer ke liye toh bahut heavy hai yaar. Value for money lag nahi raha.
