DLF Vasant Kunj: Are these payment plans normal?

DLF's construction-linked payment plans are a total scam, honestly. We booked a 3BHK in Vasant Kunj, thinking it was a good deal for the kids' school. Now they're demanding payments for a floor that's barely started. My wife's super stressed. Anyone else stuck with this? What did you do?
