DM Infra pricing gap: Resale liquidity a concern?
Been shortlisting flats since January, fed up of renting. DM Infra ke ongoing project mein I noticed something specific about their pricing. Post-completion units ka ask price versus current under-construction rate mein weird gap hai. Resale market mein liquidity ka issue toh nahi aayega? Any insights on their capital appreciation history?

Totally agree with this observation! I've been eyeing DM Infra too, same issue. Lagta hai they're trying to push current inventory. But what about future value? Meri budget ₹70L ke aas
