₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Noida, finally taking the plunge after years of renting. DM Infra ke projects dekh raha hoon. Site visit pe sab chamakta hai, but real construction quality after 2-3 years? Suna hai parking allocation bahut issue karta hai, resale pe impact hota hai. Aur security systems, sirf CCTV ya proper visitor management bhi dete hain? Tenant attract karne ke liye ye sab bahut matter karta hai, right? Koi experience share karo.

Bhai, ₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in DM Infra? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Their official range is usually ₹66 L – ₹86 L. Is this price for a specific high-end unit or including some upgrades? Also, RERA Not Applicable dikha raha hai, which is a big red flag for me. Be very careful with builders jo RERA registered nahi hote.
Totally agree on the price! My budget is also tight, and ₹1.2 Cr for DM Infra
