Honestly, the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor influence on Rajkot property feels really underestimated. I'm eyeing a 2BHK near Gondal Road, budget ₹60-70L. Airport and AIIMS impact seems priced into Mota Mava already. But for DMIC, will areas like the 150 Feet Ring Road or further Gondal Road see significant value jumps? Not sure if it's worth holding out for, or if builders like Balaji Group are already baking it in. What's your honest opinion on which areas will benefit most from DMIC?
