Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. DNR Arista Phase 1 mein water supply aur elevator issues ka kya scene hai? Current 2BHK mein toh daily tanker mangwana padta hai, aur lift bhi aksar kharab rehti hai. Is the premium for a 3BHK justified if basic amenities like water and reliable lifts are still a problem? Yaar, yeh sab dekh ke lagta hai, is it really an upgrade?

Yaar, I was also looking at DNR Arista Phase 1. Price range ₹2.1 Cr – ₹3.9 Cr for 2BHK/3BHK sounds okay for the area, but if basic amenities are a problem, then it's a huge red flag. What exactly are the water supply issues? Like, daily cutoff or low pressure? And lifts, are they frequently breaking down or just slow? Bengaluru mein waise hi construction quality pe doubt rehta hai, upar se yeh sab.
U12, I visited a friend in Phase 1 just last month. Water supply is definitely an issue, especially on higher floors. They get municipal water for only a few hours in the morning, rest of the day it's tanker water. Lifts are slow and one was out of order when I was there. It's not constant breakdown but definitely not smooth functioning.
Exactly bhai! My friend in Akshayanagar faces similar water issues. Builder promises are just on paper sometimes.
