Visited DNR Arista Phase 1 again last week. Construction quality seems okay on surface, but I'm thinking long-term for tenants and resale. My main concern is power backup – is it full flat or just common areas? Also, what's the water situation like? Don't want tanker dependency issues for future renters. What's been your experience with these aspects?

Exactly! Investor ho ya end-user, these basic things are non-negotiable. Builders just brush it off.
