RERA number TOR/PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/230419/001674 toh sahi hai, but ground pe situation different lag rahi hai. Price range ₹2.1 Cr – ₹3.9 Cr, isme bhi confusion hai ki kya milega. Bahut nervous hoon, pehla ghar hai.
Elevators ki speed theek hai, but peak hours mein wait time thoda zyada ho sakta hai because of total 241 units. Maintenance response ka I've heard mixed reviews, kuch log bolte hain quick hai, kuch ko wait karna pada. Always check their RERA history for past projects, even if the current one, TOR/PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/230419/001674, seems fine. Don't rely solely on promises, get everything in writing.
Haan bhai, parking ka issue DNR Arista mein common hai. Mere ek colleague ne bhi bataya tha ki Phase 2 mein bhi same problem hai. Builder bolta kuch hai, karta kuch aur. Hum first-time buyers ke liye yeh sab stress badha deta hai, especially for a property in this price range.
