DNR Arista Phase 1: My investment isn't what I expected
What's the actual capital appreciation for DNR Arista Phase 1? I bought my 3BHK last year hoping for solid long-term gains, but it just feels stagnant. Moved in a few months back, and the rental market? Man, it's brutal. Brokers are quoting way below what I factored for a decent ROI. Was anyone else promised better numbers? It feels like there are too many investor-owned units, making rentals super competitive. Not sure if it's just me or if this is the reality here now. Really wondering about everyone's exit strategy for this project. What are your thoughts on future price trends?

Exactly! Bengaluru market in general has been a bit weird lately, but Arista specifically feels stuck. I was looking at something in Aavalahalli and even there, the growth projections seem off. Builders promise the moon, but reality is something else.
