Visited DNR Arista Phase 1. Sales promised ample parking, but I saw cars everywhere outside. My hack: ask current residents about actual parking. Is it reserved or a lottery? For families, guaranteed parking is crucial. Any tips for verifying this during site visits? Hope this helps.

Bhai, you're spot on! Sales guys always make it sound perfect. I visited another project near Aavalahalli and same story, parking looks like a war zone. DNR Arista ka parking issue is a big red flag for me.

Totally agree, U1! Parking is non-negotiable for families. Builder promises are mostly हवा हवाई (empty promises).
