Parking allocation is a bigger headache than people realize in Bangalore projects. My kids have moved out, so I'm looking to downsize from our big house. DNR Arista Phase 1 dekh raha tha. Builder ne bola parking milegi, but it's often lottery-based ya phir small cars ke liye hi spaces hote hain. Not sure if it’s reserved and fair for all residents. Ismein toh baad mein bohot issues aate hain, right? What should I specifically check about parking before booking? Hope this helps someone.
