Hi everyone, I'm just starting my home-buying journey and feeling pretty overwhelmed! I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking at Uppal Marble Arch and they promise some really fancy amenities like a huge clubhouse and a swimming pool. My main question is, for an investor like me (thinking rental income and future resale), what's the reality of these amenities? Do high-end clubhouses, swimming pools, and gyms genuinely attract better tenants and significantly improve resale value, or are they just a marketing gimmick that inflates the price without real returns?
