Do Bangalore project amenities actually justify the insane premium? Meenakshi High Life Towers jaise projects mein clubhouse facilities aur green areas ka premium itna high hai. Matlab, who actually uses those fancy gyms aur swimming pools daily? Mostly ghost facilities rehti hain, aur maintenance charges alag se. Is this extra cost worth it for resale value ya tenant attraction? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, but not sure if this premium is justified. Change my mind.
