Just moved into my new 3BHK in Narayanguda last month and wow, things nobody told me about the actual costs. Beyond the ₹1.2 Cr for the flat, stamp duty and registration felt like another EMI. Is it possible to negotiate these down at all, or are they fixed? Also, should I have gone direct to Salarpuria Sattva or do brokers genuinely get better spot discounts in Hyderabad? I'm curious about others' experiences getting the final price down.
