Honestly, I thought I knew property negotiation. I'm upgrading from 2BHK in Sector 44 to 3BHK in Mohali. Is it true builders adjust PLC or parking costs more easily than the base price? Kya yeh negotiation hack sahi hai? Already have a home loan.
