Do Happy Homes' amenities attract premium tenants?

Okay I'll say what no one says: Happy Homes' promised amenities are mostly for show. I'm in a 2BHK. Do they attract premium tenants or just increase maintenance without real value? Change my mind.

Totally agree! I was considering Happy Homes but the maintenance quotes were scary. For a 2BHK, it felt disproportionate to the actual utility. Kya faayda fancy gym ka agar usko use karne ka time hi na mile after work?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Aur sabse badi baat, is project ka RERA number bhi nahi hai. That itself is a huge red flag for first time buyers like us. Builder pe bharosa kaise karein?
