₹25k rent, 5 saal se de raha hoon. Fed up of renting, ab finally Dobarwadi mein property lene ka plan hai. 2BHK ke liye ₹85 lakh bol rahe hain. Is this actually the going rate, ya negotiation ka scope hai? Main soch raha hoon EMI ka burden. Aur yahan water supply ka kya haal hai? Municipal water aata hai ya tanker dependency rehti hai? Yaar, itna toh high lag raha hai. Maine toh Dobarwadi mein 70-75L ke projects dekhe hain, woh bhi good builders ke. Builder ka naam batao, maybe usse idea lagega. Negotiation toh hamesha hota hai, kam se kam 5% toh mil
