Doddakallasandra mein waterlogging aur traffic ka experience?

Is Doddakallasandra mein waterlogging during monsoon a big issue? Shifting was in March, aur abhi first heavy baarish mein my lane near Nice Road junction pura bhar gaya tha pani se. Property prices ₹1.1 Cr for my 2BHK, lagta hai thoda high side pe le liya. Bannerghatta Road ka traffic bhi... yaar, office commute mein jaan nikal jaati hai. Koi tips hai smooth drive ke liye ya alternative routes? Am I the only one facing these issues?
