Doddakallasandra property prices feel inflated

Doddakallasandra — prices seem a bit high for what's offered. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I are looking to downsize from our big house. We want something manageable, maybe a 2BHK with good hospital access nearby. Some projects yahaan par quoted ₹1.2 Cr+ for a 2BHK, honestly not sure if it's justified. Medical facilities ka kya scene hai, especially emergency care? Elderly parents ke liye bhi dekhna hai. Is there negotiation room, ya it's fixed? Any recent buyers here?
