Does a broker actually get you a better deal in Gurugram?
₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 36, AVL project – I'm looking at it. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm torn between going direct to the builder or a channel partner. Builders say 'best price direct', but brokers sometimes have better inventory insights or leverage. For secondary market deals, can a good broker actually unlock more negotiation room? What's your experience getting the best total cost?
