Does amenity quality impact Rajkot property ROI?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Rajkot for investment, like Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Builder brochures mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, but reality kya hai? I'm worried about long-term issues affecting tenant attraction and resale value. Specifically, water supply ka kya scene hai? Is it truly reliable 24/7, ya tanker dependency rehti hai often? Aur elevators ki quality kaisi hai? Maintenance response time kitna fast hota hai for breakdowns? Small things like these actually impact tenant experience and future maintenance costs. Kya kisi ko first-hand experience hai Rajkot projects mein, especially Ansal Aastha ke water and elevator system ko leke? Does good quality in these areas actually translate to better ROI ya sirf initial cost badh jaati hai? Not sure if these details really matter for resale after 5-7 years.
