Does Ansal Aastha's water supply affect investor returns?

Water supply reliability is becoming a major concern for me as an investor in Rajkot. I just got possession of my flat in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone a couple months ago, and I'm already noticing some inconsistencies with the municipal water. I'm not sure if the building's tank capacity is sufficient for the whole complex, especially during summer. It feels like we might become dependent on tankers, which could really impact tenant satisfaction and, honestly, my rental yield... Any other investors or residents here faced this? Does tanker dependency significantly hit resale value or rental income in Rajkot? What's the long-term outlook for water in this area?
