Construction quality is probably the biggest silent killer for resale value in Noida. I'm fed up of renting and finally taking the plunge, eyeing places like Omaxe India Trade Centre. But I've seen so many flats with cracks and seepage just a year after possession. How do you guys spot these issues during site visits? Does poor quality really turn off tenants and hit your ROI later? And what about amenities? Do they actually justify higher maintenance or just sit there unused? I'm trying to avoid a money pit. Any tips on what to look for in terms of build quality beyond just surface-level finishes? Hope this helps someone else too.
