Does Experion Westerlies Phase 2 deliver on quality?
I'm starting to think premium projects often cut corners on construction quality. For Experion Westerlies Phase 2, I'm hearing mixed things about actual build quality after a year – cracks, seepage? As an investor, this impacts resale and maintenance. Are the fancy amenities really driving tenant appeal or just adding to maintenance costs? What's your experience?

Exactly! My cousin booked in Phase 1, aur usko thoda issue aaya tha with the plumbing after a few months. Builder ne time liya fix karne mein. Amenities toh dikhate hain, but basic quality hi compromise
