Does floor rise premium add real value in Rajkot?

₹75L for a 3BHK from Ansal API in Nana Mava. That 8th floor's floor rise premium feels steep. I'm in real estate, but buying myself, I'm questioning if paying extra for higher floors is truly worth it in Rajkot. Does anyone see significant ROI from this later? Or is it just a builder's tactic?

Floor rise in Rajkot? Not worth it bhai. Builder just wants to milk extra. Resale mein koi khaas
