Does greenery truly boost Gurugram property value?

₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK at Sobha Crescent is a big commitment, especially from Dubai. I'm worried about the actual green spaces and landscaping. Brochures always show lush gardens, but what's the reality after a few years? Does good greenery genuinely help with resale value or attracting quality tenants, or is it just a feel-good factor? Hard to judge remotely. Is the maintenance usually good for these common areas, or do they just let them go? Would appreciate any ground truth.
