Does Rehouse Krishna Orchid's clubhouse attract tenants?

Since January, I've been eyeing Rehouse Krishna Orchid studio apartments in Greater Noida. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Investors, does the clubhouse really add value for tenants? Ya phir just a fancy brochure item? Worried about maintenance costs versus actual usage affecting resale. Any ground realities on this project?

Bhai, clubhouse toh marketing ka tareeka hai bas. Rehouse Krishna Orchid mein studio apartments ka rent kitna hi mil jayega? Maintenance cost alag se. As a first-time buyer, I'm always wary of these 'extra' amenities that just add to my EMI.

Dekho, value add toh karta hai if it's functional. But U1 is right, at ₹25 L for a studio, every penny counts. Kya uss extra rent se maintenance cover ho jayega?
