Does Vaastu really affect Noida home values?

What do you guys think? I watched this video on astrology and Vaastu in real estate, especially mentioning Noida. They talked about T-point plots and even a 'Sector-94 jinx'. I'm wondering if this actually impacts a property's asking price or resale value. Does a Vaastu-compliant home really fetch a premium in Noida, or do most buyers overlook it for other factors? Is it worth paying more for a 'lucky' plot?

Totally yaar, I saw a listing for a flat in Alpha I Greater Noida, and they highlighted the 'North-East facing' aspect. Price seemed a bit higher than similar ones nearby. Coincidence?
