₹1.6 crore for a 3BHK near Domlur, even from Saptagiri Developers Ansd Co, seems a bit much. I'm looking to invest, not just for end-use, aur market mein thodi price correction ki baat sun raha hoon. Sadashivnagar mein toh rates bilkul out of reach lag rahe hain. Kya lagta hai, Bengaluru mein abhi bhi value dhoondh sakte hain kya? I mean, for a decent 2BHK ya 3BHK, maybe 1.2-1.5 Cr budget mein. Investors, what's your strategy to spot underpriced assets jo future mein achha ROI de? Any areas you'd recommend looking at where prices haven't completely peaked? Pata nahi abhi enter karna sahi hai ya wait karna chahiye for a better dip.
