Domlur investment for NRI: What's your take?

₹1.3 Cr for a 2BHK in Domlur feels like a lot, no? I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Looking at Domlur for investment, thinking about rental income. Kya lagta hai, 3-5 saal mein kitna appreciation possible hai? Rental demand kaisi hai wahan? Resale market mein easy exit milta hai kya? Legal clarity aur property management bhi ek bada concern hai, can't manage from here. Any actual resident experiences ya investor advice?

Bhai, 1.3 Cr for a 2BHK in Domlur? That's really pushing it, even for a prime location. I'm looking in Bangalore too, and for that budget, you can get a decent 3BHK in areas like Marathahalli or even parts of Sarjapur. Rental income might look good on paper, but capital appreciation at this price point feels risky. What if the market corrects?
